Abstract
This report presents a case of a transient ulnocarpal translocation associated with a non-displaced distal radius fracture in a 21-year-old collegiate baseball player. The instability pattern progressed gradually over six weeks, which was followed by spontaneous resolution. Several months post-injury, the patient exhibited full restoration of range of motion and grip strength, as well as adequate radiographic alignment.
