They were followed up 22 months after surgery in   order to evaluate the outcome of the treatment, including recurrence of dislocation and motion limitation.     Results:   During the internal follow up period no case of recurrence was found. Motion limitation during the follow up   period was not significant (internal rotation limitation=5°±1°, and external rotation limitation=4°±1°) Conclusions:   Our findings suggest that the remplissage arthroscopic surgical method is an acceptable, safe and   reliable treatment for anterior shoulder dislocation with engaging Hill-Sachs lesion.
