Thehospital had to change many routine operations to cope with the situation and during this journey, we used previouslyleadership principles and reached to some new experiences. As this is probably the most severe health-related crisis inIran in the past 100 years, we gathered our lessons learned in the first fifty days of epidemic from the leadership pointof view to share those with all colleagues worldwide.
