Abstract

Primary synovial sarcoma of mediastinum is very rare between soft tissue sarcomas with only a few reported cases in the world literature,its optimal therapy is still unclear, but surgical resection is the main treatment.Herein, we report a case of a 20*20 cm (2000gr) primary mediastinal giant synovial sarcom with a 2*2cm nodul of lung diagnosed in a 42 year-old male on whom the radical excision of the tumor and the metastasis was performed.
